Shipping and Returns
Sensory Tools will endeavour to ship all orders received, on a working day, by midday (NSW time), on the same day. Should an item be out of stock this item will be despatched as soon as it is received.
The easiest way to place an order is through this secure website which will accept Visa and Master Card.
Government and non-government schools and organizations who require payment by invoice can fax the order through using their official order form, where applicable.
For queries regarding quantities and shipping costs etc., please call our office.
The items ordered will be sent with an invoice for payment (14 days).
Payment may be made by:

- Cheque or postal order made out to Sensory Tools
- Direct deposit, as per details on the invoice.

Should one of our workshops be listed as SOLD OUT, please call to be put onto a waiting list as we sometimes get cancellations and we would like to have you attend if that happens.
