Our shipping policy:

Sensory Tools will endeavour to ship all orders received, on a working day, by midday (NSW time), on the same day.

Should an item be out of stock this item will be despatched as soon as it is received.

Orders are despatched via Australia Post and require a signature upon receipt.

Once the shipment is in Australia Posts hands Sensory Tools is able to track the item, if you feel that delivery is taking too long contact us and we can give you the information regarding the expected delivery date as supplied by Australia Post.

Should you require your order to be sent by EXPRESS POST contact our sales staff to make arrangements, an additional fee of $20 will be addeded to the standard shipping charge.

Ordering:

The easiest way to place an order is through our secure on line site which will accept Visa and Master Card.

Government and non-government schools and organizations who require payment by invoice can fax the order through using their official order form, where applicable.

For queries regarding quantities and shipping costs etc., please call our office.

The items ordered will be sent with an invoice for payment (14 days).

 Payment may be made by:

Credit card (Visa or Master Card)

Cheque or postal order made out to Sensory Tools

Direct deposit, as per details on the invoice.

Returns:

Sensory Tools endeavours to ensure all products are of the highest standard and a full description is available on our web site.

However we understand that there may be times when a product may contain a manufacturing defect or not meet your expectations in this case please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.  Our staff will assess your claim and depending upon the item and circumstances, you may be asked to return the item in its original condition with a copy of the invoice.

Product use:

Please note that items sold by Sensory Tools are for therapeutic use and should be used under adult supervision.

Workshops:

Should one of our workshops be listed as SOLD OUT, please call to be put onto a waiting list as we sometimes get cancellations and we would like to have you attend if that happens.
